1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Zhuo Yue Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic purposes. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these products have not been approved by the FDA for human use.
2. Buyer Responsibility
The buyer represents that they are at least 18 years of age and are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, or research facility. You agree that you have the necessary knowledge and equipment to handle these materials safely.
3. Limitation of Liability
Zhuo Yue Labs shall not be held liable for any damages—direct, indirect, or incidental—resulting from the misuse of these products. Use in any manner inconsistent with research purposes is strictly prohibited and at the user's sole risk.
4. Shipping and Returns
Accuracy: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
All Sales Are Final: Zhuo Yue Labs does not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items: Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for transit. Products damaged in transit are not eligible for a refund.
Missing Items: If an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We do not offer refunds for missing items, but after review we can ship a replacement for the missing component at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments Without Insurance: If shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout, Zhuo Yue Labs is not responsible for shipments lost or stolen in transit.
Lost Shipments With Insurance: If shipping insurance was purchased and the carrier confirms the package is lost, we can cover a reshipment or provide another resolution.

Seized Packages: Buyers are responsible for knowing their local laws. We are not liable for packages seized by customs or local authorities.
5. Payment and Inventory
Orders are considered "Pending" until payment is confirmed. Prices and availability are subject to change based on real-time inventory updates from our database.
